With a validated Activity Schedule, the user can now to build an Activity for execution. This is accomplished from within the Schedule form. As previously discussed, there are two methods of building Activities: one for singular instances and one for recurring instances. The Build Now button functions as the former; the Recurrence button the latter.You can build an activity for execution once you have a validated Activity Schedule. This is accomplished on the Schedule form.

Use the Recurrence button for recurring instances.

One or more batch jobs may be run per environment. Each batch job will run for a selected operation. You can further define which schedules are affected by selecting a Schedule Category ID. Only schedules with the selected category ID will run. |
