Alert Subscriptions

Logistics Execution > Setup > Alert Subscription

The Alert Subscriptions form allows alerts to be created based on configurable rules. These rules apply at either the Activity-level or Worker-level. Activity-level alerts can process against the 'Requested Start Date Time' or 'Requested End Date Time' fields on the Activity. Worker-level alerts can process against 'Requested Date Time' field on each Activity Line.

The AXLE Alert Subscription itself will only result in records being created in the AXLE Alert table/form. If Dynamics 365 alerts are desired, they would need to be configured against the AXLE Alert table.
Alert subscription processing (the job that looks at the alert subscriptions and current data and generates alerts in the AXLE alert table) can be found under Logistics Execution > Periodic > Alert Processing. This job should be scheduled to run often enough to handle the configured Alert subscriptions.
