Once a Worker has been worker is created and linked to the User, Worker Operation Profiles need to user, worker operation profiles must be configured for the worker.
Worker Operation Profiles operation profiles determine which actions a Worker worker is able to execute. From
Configure an Operation Profile
On the Worker form, navigate to the click Worker Operation Profiles form using in the Set Up pane in up section on the ribbon. 
On This opens the Worker Operation Profiles form the user is offered the option to either .
You can create a new profile or select an option from the previously created profiles listed on the right. When a profile has been selected or created, select the name of the profile to go the profile itself.
From the Operation Profile, actions a previously created profile from the list.
Click on the profile name to open the profile record.
Actions can be enabled for all workers that have that the selected profile. Select the
Click Enable Actions item at the top of the form to enable.
This will on the ribbon to open a form that lists the Activity Masters activity masters tied to the Operation Profileoperation profile, as well as the Actions that are actions associated to with the selected Activity Master. From here, the user has the option to Enable All, Disable All, or enable specific Actions. To enable specific Actions only, the user will edit the form and select the Actions. The third option is Can Override?, which activity master.
Options:
- Enable All
- Disable All
- Enable select actions
- Can Override?
To enable specific actions only, click Edit and select the Is Enabled? checkbox for the actions.
You can also select the Can Override? checkbox for actions. This allows the user to surpass the Action action on any applicable functional process.
