Each Schedule has several configuration options available to the user.

Field List:

  • Name – Unique identifier for the Activity Plan
  • Description – Provides further information on the Activity Plan
  • Operation – The associated Operation
  • Activity Template – The Activity Plan's associated Activity Template
  • Route ID – External system's route identifier if applicable – Field is currently used to interface D365 to an external system's trip ID, such as Qualcomm
  • Auto Start – Auto start the activity as soon as it is generated
  • Default Worker – The default worker assigned to the Activity Plan
  • Purge Unused Predecessors – If checked, every time the Schedule is executed, any Activities created by the Schedule that were never acted upon (no status change from default Activity status) will be deleted, as well as any demand (Logistics Orders) generated by the Schedule
  • Complete In Process Predecessors – If checked, every time the Schedule is executed, any Activities created by the Schedule that have been processed to any extent, will be automatically completed, as well as any demand (Logistics Orders) generated by the Schedule
  • Activity Complete Status – The status Activities will be automatically set to, if the Complete In Process Predecessors flag is checked. If this field is not set, Default Complete Status will be used by the Status Group configuration
  • Logistics Order Complete Status – The status Logistics Orders will be automatically set to, if the Complete In Process Predecessors flag is checked. If this field is not set, Default Complete Status will be used by the Status Group configuration
  • Logistics Line Complete Status – The status Logistics Order Lines will be automatically set to, if the Complete In Process Predecessors flag is checked. If this field is not set, the status configured on the related Activity Master will be used
  • Routing Mode – Checks for similar demand to add within the chosen service area
  • Add Demand in Service Area – Add the demand to a service area
  • Service Area Group – The associated Service Area Group
  • Service Area – The associated Service Area
