Logistics Execution > Setup > Workers > Profiles

Once a worker is created and linked to the user, worker operation profiles must be configured for the worker.

Worker operation profiles determine which actions a worker is able to execute.

Configure an Operation Profile

On the Worker form, click Worker Operation Profiles in the Set up section on the ribbon.

This opens the Worker Operation Profiles form.

You can create a new profile or select a previously created profile from the list.

Click on the profile name to open the profile record. 

Actions can be enabled for all workers that have the selected profile.

Click Enable Actions on the ribbon to open a form that lists the activity masters tied to the operation profile, as well as the actions associated with the selected activity master. 

Options:

• Enable All
• Disable All
• Enable select actions
• Can Override?

To enable specific actions only, click Edit and select the Is Enabled? checkbox for the actions.

You can also select the Can Override? checkbox for actions. This allows the user to surpass the action on any applicable functional process.
