Transaction Processor

Value Added Billing > Periodic > Transaction Processor

The Transaction Processor allows you to run through all or selected transaction setups to generate transaction details.

The default filter is set to include all active transaction setups; however, any of the fields (such as transaction group) can be used to limit which transactions are generated.

The Transaction Processor can also be run in batch.

Price Book Processor

Value Added Billing > Periodic > Price Book Processor

The Price Book Processor allows you to process price books against previously generated transaction details to produce billing details and their associated output documents (e.g., sales order, purchase order, free-text invoice).

There are options to generate a report, filter on which price books should be processed, and schedule in batch, as desired.
