Customer Allocation Group

Global order promising > Setup > Pre-Allocations > Customer allocation group

The Customer allocation group form allows you to create and edit customer allocation groups to use when setting up customer item pre-allocations.

Create a group and then add customers to that group in the Customer allocation group line section.

When setting up a pre-allocation, you can then select this group to include all specified customers in the pre-allocation.

Header Section

FIELD	DESCRIPTION
Customer allocation group ID	Unique identifier for the customer allocation group.
Description	Description of the customer allocation group.
