Order Agents
There are four Order agents available with Supply Chain Cloud.
These agents automate data analysis tasks such as tracking budgets, analyzing historical changes, identifying exceptions, and generating recommendations.
They highlight specific issues, such as budget exceptions or inventory consumption imbalances, and suggest where users should focus attention.
Note: Each agent provides actionable recommendations based on system data, but does not take automatic actions—users remain in control of decisions.
Efforts are ongoing to make agent recommendations more explicit and quantifiable, and to enhance transparency by allowing users to view the exact data informing each recommendation.
Budget Analysis
The Budget Analysis agent pulls all relevant budget data, tracks budgets and historical changes, identifies which channels are consuming or being blocked by budget, analyzes each case, and provides recommendations for the user without making any configuration changes.

Pre-Allocation Recommendations
The Pre-Allocation Recommendations agent reviews pre-allocation records, analyzes inventory consumption patterns across customers, identifies if certain customers are consuming a majority of inventory, and provides recommendations for adjustments, without making any direct changes.

Demand Validations
The Demand Validations agent analyzes each demand validation record, identifies exceptions (especially on low quantities), and provides recommendations for the user to review, streamlining a process that would otherwise be manual.

Reservation Recommendations
The Reservation Recommendations agent reviews reservation records, analyzes demand and reservation data (such as for one-time customers), and provides explicit, quantifiable recommendations for action, aiming to make its analysis clearer and more actionable for users.
