Create Suggested Fulfillment Orders

The Create suggested fulfillment orders job allows you to set up a periodic job to automatically create suggested purchase and/or transfer orders based on a Fulfillment Order Policy and a date range.
The suggested orders display on the Suggested Fulfillment Order form, where you can approve the suggestions to create actual purchase or transfer orders.

| Fulfillment order policy | Select the Fulfillment Order Policy to use to suggest purchase or transfer orders. |
| Consider transfer orders | Turn on this toggle to consider both purchase and transfer orders for the batch job. Note When this feature is enabled, Order will first assess inventory from the warehouse configured on the Fulfillment Order Policy.

| Number of lead days | Enter how may days ahead the policy should look for demand to create orders. Important This field overrides the Number of lead days field on the Fulfillment Order Policy. Enter a number if you want to run the policy for a timeframe other than what is already configured. Leave it blank if you prefer to run the configuration on the policy. |
| Number of days past due | Enter how many days back the policy should look for demand to create orders. Important This field overrides the Number of days past due field on the Fulfillment Order Policy. Enter a number if you want to run the policy for a timeframe other than what is already configured. Leave it blank if you prefer to run the configuration on the policy. |
