| Activity Tasks | Updated order integration to create tasks from service items. Tasks come into play with final-mile deliveries that include items and services. Example A customer orders a washing machine:
D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management allows you to enter items (e.g., lumber, washer, dryer, bicycle) and services (e.g., on-site installation or construction) on a sales order. When that sales order crosses into Transport + Deliver as a logistics order, those service items become tasks that you can view, create, and mark as complete. You can also complete tasks from the Deliver Mobile App. See Activity Tasks for more information. |
| Deliver App | Added the ability to complete tasks from the Deliver app.

| External Device Services in D365 | Added the External Device Action Mapping form, accessed via the Action Mapping button on the External Device Service form.
This form allows you to map actions to macros. A macro cannot be assigned to two different actions, but different macros can share an action. |
Added the required External Device Service field to the External Worker Mapping form.

| Integrations | Added the ability to integrate GeoTab and Omnitracs with Transport + Deliver. This is done on the External Device Services in D365 form. |
| Labels | Added three fields to the Document routing layouts and License plate labels forms in the Warehouse management module and the Label Layout form in the Logistics Execution module.
These fields—typically populated by other programs that integrate with D365—can now be utilized on Transport + Deliver labels.

| Return Orders | Added the ability to plan a return order to a logistics order. Select the Return Orders tab on the Operation Parameters form to view options.
