Added the ability to track and display an activity's capacity to assist with planning.

Added the Calculate Activity Capacity toggle to the Parameters form.

Turn on this toggle to enable functionality responsible for calculating activity capacity.

Added the Activity Capacity Visualization field to the Operation Parameters form.

Select Volume or Weight to determine how the capacity for an activity will be visualized.

Renamed the Max Threads for Execute External Device parameter to Tasks for Execute External Device Batch Process to better reflect the parameter function.

Enter the number of tasks to process when running the Execute External Device job. The recommended value is 20.

Added the Position Assignment Cleanup periodic job to clean up position assignment records.

This removes all position assignment records that are past the specified number of days to keep those records.
