Advanced Filters

Added the ability to filter the business transaction queues by item attributes (only for Purchase Orders and Shipment Queue), vendor attributes, status ranges, reference numbers, and workflows.

Click the filter icon at the top right of the page to open an advanced filter flyout window.

Currency Mapping Options

Added several currencies to our supported currencies list:

  • Czech Koruna (CZK)
  • Danish Krone (DKK)
  • Hungarian Forint (HUF)
  • Norwegian Krone (NOK)
  • Polish Zloty (PLN)
  • Swedish Krona (SEK)
  • Swiss Franc (CHF)
Multi-Tenant Access

Added the ability to switch between multiple tenant environments if you access several with a single email address.

  • The deployable package was built against Finance and Supply Chain Management version 10.0.17, and should be compatible with version 10.0.17 and newer. 
  • The current Supply Chain Cloud Connector is version 2021.10.25.0. This connector works against version 1.2 of the Ship API.

Carrier Notifications

Added the ability to include additional carrier notification types in the Ship request:

  • Deliver: Send an email notification when the shipment is delivered.
  • Exception: Send an email when an unforeseen event changes the shipment's expected delivery date (e.g. address unknown, damage to shipment, signature not received).
  • Ship: Send an email notification when the shipment is processed and you have a tracking number.

This requires a modification to the code. See Carrier Notifications for more information.

Important

If you previously had a modification to enable notifications, and you download connector version 2021.10.24.0 or newer, you must modify your code to continue using the Notification Deliver logic.

Supply Chain Cloud Request Log

Added the Supply Chain Cloud Request Log that displays all inbound and outbound purchasing and/or tendering requests. 

Bug Fixes

Terms of DeliveryFixed an issue so that terms of delivery are honored for purchase orders and shipments when using purchasing and tendering functionality.

Note

The current Supply Chain Cloud Connector is version 20212.32.0. This connector works against version 1.2 of the Ship API.
