CzarLite	Made changes to CzarLite postal code formatting to resolve errors.
Rate Shop	Fixed an issue that prevented users from rate shopping without shipment lines.

Note

The deployable package was built against Finance and Supply Chain Management version 10.0.29, and should be compatible with version 10.0.29 and newer.
The current Supply Chain Cloud Connector is version 2023.5.8.0. This connector works against version 2.2 of the SCC API.
