The Rate Route Workbench allows you to generate and use route results to automatically create a tender for a specific load.

This prevents you from having to manually create tenders.

Important

This functionality is for Buy-enabled carriers only.

Rate Shop

Select a carrier or carrier group for a given load to create a tender.

Note

You must select either a shipping carrier and carrier service OR a carrier group.

Click Rate Shop to generate rates in the Route Results FastTab.

This enables the Create tender button on the ribbon and in the Route Results FastTab.

Create Tender

Click Create tender on the ribbon to create a tender for every route on the Route Results FastTab.

You will receive multiple results only if you are rate shopping at the carrier-group level.

Note

If you click Create tender with a carrier group assigned, the bid type will be the type assigned to the carrier group.

Click Create tender on the Route Results FastTab to create a tender for the selected route.

You should see a success banner at the top of the form.

The created tender can be viewed on the Transportation Tender form.
