EOD Process

1. Navigate to the USPS Global Shipping Software website. 

   
   
   
   

2. Enter the User ID, Password, Location, and Workstation ID from the USPS account assignment. 
   
   The Location is your USPS Access Key and the Workstation ID is your USPS Account Number.

   Important

   The Location and Workstation ID are both required.

3. Navigate to Shipping Center > Current Dispatch.
   
   
   
   
   

4. Click Close Disp and click OK a few times to generate a report. Give this report to the driver when they arrive to pick up packages.

   Note

   • This can be done multiple times throughout the day; however, you need to give the driver all generated reports at the end of the day. 
   • This process can also be scheduled to auto-complete through GSS.
