The Vendors page displays vendors associated with your user.

This list is populated by your host system.

Click Refresh to reload the list.

Transaction Type Access

Select a vendor and click Transaction Type Access to assign or edit transaction types that the vendor can access.

Your configured Transaction Types display in the list. Select one ore more transaction types to assign to the vendor.

Vendor Inventory

Select a vendor and click Vendor Inventory to view the amount of on-hand inventory associated with that vendor by item number.

API Key

Select a vendor and click API Key to view or regenerate the API key for the vendor.

This key allows you to connect to the vendor system.

Vendor Detail

Click the eye icon on a vendor line to open vendor details.

You can view General, Item Authorization, and Contact Information details.
