Reason Code Categories - Purchase Order

The Reason Code Categories page allows you to organize reason codes into a category. You can then require that category be defined in order to complete a workflow step.

Important

You must create reason codes before you create categories. See Reason Codes for more information.

New or Edit Reason Code Category

Click New to create a reason code category. Click Edit to edit a reason code category.

This opens a pop-up window that allows you to name the reason code category and add a description.

The Reason Code Category drop-down list on the Reason Codes page is populated with categories configured here. (You can also manually add categories on the Reason Codes page.)


Delete Reason Code Category

Select the desired record and click Delete to delete a reason code category.

Click OK on the confirmation pop-up window to confirm the deletion.
