Required Data Example
The attached XLS is an example of the required format/data for Supply Chain Cloud rating engine imports.
Each of the engine types currently supported in Supply Chain Cloud have their own tab on the spreadsheet.
Important: Do not update the column headers or the column order. If you have any questions about the data or layout, please reach out to your Accenture support contact.
Rate Types
Each of the rate types is described in more detail below:
General Rating Data
COLUMN | DESCRIPTION |

RateId | This field is required to group the rate bases in the import template. You may use an integer value for each set of records. |
OriginCountryCode | Must be populated with the two-character country code. |
OriginCity | Not required. |
OriginStateProvinceCode | Not required. |

DestinationCountryCode | Must be populated with the two-character country code. |
DestinationCity | Not required. |
DestinationStateProvinceCode | Not required. |
DestinationPostalStart | Not required. |

Class | Required. Note: If FAK, enter “NULL” in the cell. |
MinimumRate | The floor rate to be charged. |
Break1 | The top end of the first weight break. |
Rate1 | The charge per 100 pounds of the shipment. |
Break2 | The top end of the second weight break. |
Rate2 | The charge per 100 pounds of the shipment. |
