Manage Batch Information

A batch, or lot, refers to a group of product that was manufactured, produced, or picked at the same time and place.

Batch information is helpful for tracking expiration dates or product recalls.

Click Manage Batch Information to capture product information for batch-controlled items at the time of shipment creation.

Important

The displayed options depend on if the items being shipped are flagged as batch-controlled.

The item’s batch-related properties display on the Items page.

The batches and quantity information display on the Shipment Summary and Pack Station.

FIELD	DESCRIPTION
Quantity	Select the amount in the batch. This cannot exceed the max quantity.
Batch Name	Enter a name for the batch.
Country of Origin	Select the country or origin.
Manufactured Date	Select the date of manufacture.
Expiration Date	Select the date of expiration.
