Multi-Stop Support

Supply Chain Cloud allows you to set arrival, departure, pickup, and delivery dates and times for your transportation tenders.

This is driven by workflow permissions. The different permissions drive different buttons/windows.

  • Schedule Delivery Date: Opens the window to allow you to enter information for the upcoming delivery. This is the Schedule Delivery Date button.
  • Shipment Arrival: Opens the window to record when the truck arrived at the customer site. This is the Arrive button.
  • Shipment Departure: Opens the window to record when the truck left the customer site. This is the Depart button.

Transportation Tender Summary

Click Schedule Pickup on the Transportation Tender Summary to create an appointment.

Schedule Pickup

This opens a pop-up that allows you to configure appointment details that display on the Delivery Calendar.

Stops Tab

The Stops tab displays the actual arrival and departure times if carriers update this information.

Shipment Queue

Click Schedule Delivery Date on the Shipment Queue to record delivery details at the stop level.


This opens a pop-up that allows you to store delivery information, including door information and appointment number.

You can create a custom report to generate this information. See Custom Reports for more information.

Shipment Summary

Click Arrive or Depart on the Shipment Summary.


This opens a pop-up that allows you to capture an arrival or departure time.


This information then displays on the General tab of the Shipment Summary.
