Configure an Operation Profile


Logistics Execution > Setup > Workers > Profiles

Once a worker is created and linked to the user, you must create worker operation profiles for the worker.

These profiles determine which actions a worker is able to execute.

Configure an Operation Profile

On the Worker form, click Worker Operation Profiles in the Set up section on the ribbon.


This opens the Worker Operation Profiles form.

You can create a new profile or select a previously created profile from the list.


Click the profile name to open the profile record. 


You can enable actions for all workers that have the selected profile.

Click Enable Actions on the ribbon to open a form that lists the activity masters tied to the operation profile, as well as the actions associated with the selected activity master. 

Actions

Click Enable All or Disable All to batch update the actions for the profile.


To enable specific actions only, click Edit and select the Is Enabled? checkbox for the actions.

You can also select the Can Override? checkbox to allow the user to surpass the action on any applicable functional process.

Enable Mobile Permissions

Click Mobile Permissions on the ribbon to open a form that allows you to configure which mobile pages are accessible by an operation profile.

Note

Enabling mobile permissions here replaces the Operation Parameters setup that was required for the Deliver Mobile App.


Right-click and select Add Driver and/or Add Dock to add access to different sections of the app for the operation profile.
