The Address Constraints form allows you to apply constraints to a geographical area (or multiple areas). 

Logistics Execution > Setup > Addresses > Address Constraints

In the Logistics Address Lines section, add records to define the area(s) to apply constraints to. 

In the Constraints section, specify constraint IDs that apply to those geographical areas.

The Constraint Restriction field controls whether validation fails (Prevent) or a warning is issued (Warn).

These constraints are checked during activity validation.

In the screenshot above, the Passport Required constraint ID would be applied to the state of Alabama.
