Demand validation reason codes allow the user to specify reason codes for specific validations that will be stamped in history logs and action items. This can aid both reporting and visibility and can bring clarity to the data.

• Validation reason code – Unique identifier to be used during the demand validation process to add clarity
• Description – Detailed description for a particular validation reason code
• Worker responsible – User responsible that can view and act upon the validation exceptions with this reason code
• Role name – Role responsible that can view and act upon the validation exceptions with this reason code
