Maintenance Schedule

Logistics Execution > Setup > Asset Maintenance > Maintenance Schedule

Use the Maintenance Schedule form to plan out maintenance tasks for multiple pieces of equipment.

You can start maintenance agendas for equipment based on task type and logistics type.

Agendas include checkups that can reoccur on a regular basis. This recurrence can be run based on time or distance.

Asset Maintenance Task Types

Logistics Execution > Setup > Asset Maintenance > Asset Maintenance Task Types

Asset maintenance task types represent the regular checkups needed to keep logistics-based resources operating well.

These tasks can include anything from oil changes to brake replacements. The more equipment types owned by a company, the more tasks that company needs to keep all vehicles and equipment running smoothly.

Once created, task types are added to maintenance checks for all desired assets within the company.

Asset Maintenance Scheduling

Logistics Execution > Periodic > Asset Maintenance Scheduling

Use the Asset Maintenance Scheduling feature to create maintenance tasks for multiple pieces of equipment.

This scheduling can be set to run on a regular basis. It is connected to maintenance schedules (see above) and creates tasks for assets that need care.

Asset Maintenance Log

Logistics Execution > Common > Asset Maintenance Log

The Asset Maintenance Log keeps track of the upkeep of different vehicles and equipment within the company.

Each line within the log contains a vehicle and a task type, along with how long the vehicle can go before its next scheduled maintenance item.

You can create new entries for this table as you check equipment.

This log can also be paired with an asset maintenance schedule (see above) to track regulated upkeep.
