Transport + Deliver activity groups occur at the activity level. They are created at the point of dispatch.

Once activity groups are turned on with operation parameters, you can manually group activities or automatically group activities according to activity origin.

Use activity groups to combine activities for reporting functions.

Manual

If you select the Manual Activity Mode, Activities can be grouped

Select the manual activity mode to group activities together manually.

Once an

Activity

activity has been dispatched and automatically assigned an

Activity Group

activity group ID,

the user can

select an

Open Activity

open activity and click

the

Add to Activity Group

button

 on the ribbon to consolidate the

Activities

activities into a single

Activity Group

activity group.

In an equivalent manner, a user can click the

Click Remove from Activity Group

button to

 to release an

Activity

activity from a particular

Activity Group

group.

Origin

If the user selects the Origin Activity Mode, Activities will Select the origin activity mode to automatically combine activities into Activity Groups activity groups based on the Origin/Destination of Activitiesorigin/destination.

The Activities will activities only consolidate if the Worker worker executing them is the same.

The Workerworker's Home Facility home facility dictates the beginning and end of the Activity Groupactivity group.
