Value Added Billing > Setup > Output Type

The Output Type form lists the various output documents that can be created as a result of a price book processing. 

Upon first installation of the system, click Generate Types to populate the output types list:

• Free Text Invoice 
• Purchase Order
• Sales Orders

When Free text invoice is selected from a price book association, the system prompts for additional information. This information defines the general ledger accounts that will be displayed on the generated invoice.

Sales order and purchase order general ledger accounts are associated with the service item selected in the pricing details.
