System Action

The System Action configuration allows you to configure processes that tie to individual work flow details.

Click New System Action to create a system action. Click Edit to edit a system action.

FIELD	DESCRIPTION
Name	Enter the name of the system action.
Description	Enter a detailed description for the system action.
Action	Enter the Azure function that is executed when this system action executes.
Action Type	Select an action type: Process: Perform the necessary functionality if the validation step succeeds. Validation: Validate collected data if the work flow detail is transmitted from an external host. Both action types must be specified on each work flow detail.
