Document Group
The Document Group configuration allows you to define groups of documents that can be collected at different points in a work flow.
Note
If a "required" document type is included in a document group, those documents must be attached to a business transaction in order for the work flow detail to process.
Click New Document Group to create a document group. Click Edit to edit a document group.
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
Name | Enter the name of the document group. |
Description | Enter a detailed description for the document group. |
Business Transaction Type | Select the business transaction type for the document group. |
Work Flow Detail | Select the work flow detail in which document validations should occur. |
Document Types | Select document types for the selected business transaction type to be included in the document group. Also, select whether the document types are required for the selected work flow detail. Only document types that have been configured appear in this section. |
