UPS	Fixed an issue that caused a transit time request/response error.

Brokers	Fixed an issue that affected the carrier service name when SMC³ Broker Pricing was used to rate a shipment. Fixed an issue that caused an error when an outbound shipment for an SMC³ broker was confirmed.
