| Carrier Discounts | Added the ability to configure carrier-level discounts for shipment origin locations during defined time periods. Important This feature is for Custom Carriers using General and Deficit rate engines.

| Device Server Installation | Added the ability to install the Device Server globally. This means once an Admin installs the program to a computer, all users of that computer can access the Device Server without having to download it for each user. Important Version 2.1 allows for global installation of the Device Server. You must uninstall any older versions and reinstall Version 2.1 or newer to utilize this functionality. |

- The deployable package was built against Finance and Supply Chain Management version 10.0.29, and should be compatible with version 10.0.29 and newer.
- The current Supply Chain Cloud Connector is version 2023.2.27.0. This connector works against version 2.2 of the SCC API.
