The Driver mode of the Deliver app provides resources with the ability to execute and document activities from the mobile device, which transmits data back to D365.
Activity List
In Driver mode, driver resources can view all activities that are assigned to their worker.
Drilling down to an individual activity, you can view:
- the Activity ID
- the number of stops on the activity
- the total estimated distance of the activity
- the activity status
Select an activity to navigate to the activity page.
The app displays a message if the resource does not currently have any assigned activities.
Click the Show All button to display all activities, if desired.
Activity Page
The activity page lists the stops for the selected activity.
Select actions to move the activity through its stops.
You can view basic activity information—activity ID, start address, status— at the top of the page.
Tap the icons on the top bar to reload the page information, capture a photo, or view options from the hamburger menu.
The action buttons available for this activity appear under the header.
Reminder
The actions listed in this section are preconfigured and enabled for certain operation profiles. This list does not contain any ancillary actions, such as Flush Inventory.

- Select Image or Signature depending on your requirement needs.
The list of stops for the activity can be viewed below the action buttons.
