Allowed Status for Activity

Allowed Statuses
Set up criteria for when an action may be executed based on the statuses of involved objects.
If criteria are not set, all statuses are permitted; otherwise the object's status must be of one of the permitted statuses.

Failure Status Results
Displays a list of failure status results.

Limited Asset Reservation
Allows temporary assets (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) to be released or reserved because of the action.

Automated Actions
To process activities more efficiently, you can set actions to automatically trigger in association with each other.

Automated actions are created as normal actions but are then associated as a child action through the parent action's form.
Automated actions can be scheduled to be executed before or after their parent action.
Constraints
Specify constraint IDs that apply to the action.
The Constraint Restriction field controls whether validation fails (Prevent) or a warning is issued (Warn).
These constraints are checked during activity validation.
