Workflow Step Field Groups - Purchase Order
The Workflow Step Field Groups page allows you to place several fields into a group.
You can require a group to be completed (e.g., the fields in the group must be populated or edited) in order to proceed to the next step in a workflow.
Note
These are optional; most users do not create workflow step field groups.
Create or Edit Workflow Step Field Group
Click New to create a workflow step field group. Click Edit to edit a workflow step field group.
This opens a pop-up window that allows you to name the field group, add a description, and assign fields.
You can make assigned fields editable, required, or both.
Delete Workflow Step Field Group
Select the desired record and click Delete to delete a workflow step field group.
Click OK on the confirmation pop-up window to confirm the deletion.
