Hours of Service

The hours of service functionality allows you to track the amount of time workers spend conducting drive or duty activities.

During configuration, you can identify actions as different hours of service tasks: Drive, Duty, or None. As a worker executes these actions, the time spent on each is recorded for later analysis.

The Hours of Service form organizes the tasks and the amount of time spent on tasks by a date range.

Each record has a worker and the associated information with that task, such as start and end date, duration, and job.

Hours of Service Summary

Logistics Execution > Inquiries > Hours of Service Summary

The Hours of Service Summary offers a high-level view of the time accumulated for different tasks.

View specific date-range hours and further specify by worker. In addition to worker records, the form provides basic statistics on the cumulative task times.
