The Rate Masters page allows you to create or edit rate masters.
A rate master is used to determine available rates for a shipping carrier and whether you want to use that carrier for a shipping assignment.
Supply Chain Cloud allows customers that have rating agreements with LTL carriers to associate a carrier (or carrier service) with a rate master for a specified date range.
You can then select these rate masters for assignment on the Custom Carriers Integrations page.
Create or Edit Rate Master
Click New to create a rate master. Click Edit to edit a rate master.
This opens a pop-up window where you can enter the following details:
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
Name | The rate master name. |
Description | A detailed rate master description. |
Rate Type | Select a type for the rate master:

Delete Rate Master
Select the desired record and click Delete.
Click OK on the confirmation pop-up window to confirm the deletion.
Copy Rate Master
Select the desired rate master and click Copy.
A duplicate is created with a timestamp appended to the end of the name. You can adjust the name and description on the copy.
Copying is useful if multiple (but similar) rate masters are needed.
Manage Rate Master
Click the Manage Rate Assignments button to view and/or edit details for a rate master.
Enter the details for the rate master, or edit, as needed.
