Home

Click the Home menu button from anywhere in the system to return to the home page.

This page displays configured Dashboard Metrics.

Click a colored tile at the top to display corresponding data in the graph below.


Select Data Grid to view the individual transactions that make up that data. 

User Metrics

User metric tiles display user-defined data.

Click a data column to navigate to the business transaction queue with pre-applied filters that match criteria selected during metric configuration.

New or Edit User Metric

Click New User Metric to create a tile. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of a metric to edit a tile.

Click Save to view the tile on the dashboard.

Note

You can create a maximum of six user dashboard metrics.

FIELDDESCRIPTION
NameEnter a label for the metric that will appear on the dashboard.
Business Transaction

Select a baseline business transaction type:

  • Freight Invoice
  • Purchase Order
  • Shipment
  • Transportation Tender
Metric Type

Select the graph for the metric:

  • Bar
  • Count
  • Pie
StatusesClick this button to select the statuses to include in the data.
WorkflowsClick this button to select the business transactions to include in the data.

Navigation

From the home page, use the menu on the left to navigate to the desired page.


Hover over Recent Pages at the top of the page to view a menu displaying pages you recently opened.


Use the page numbers and arrows at the bottom of pages to navigate through records (when enough data exists for multiple pages):

Favorites

Click the star on the ribbon to favorite a page. 

You can then hover over the Favorites option to view and easily select from all your favorite pages.

Click the star again to remove a page from your favorites. You can also manage favorites on your User Profile.

Multi-Tenant Access

If you are associated with more than one tenant, the top navigation bar displays the active tenant you are currently viewing.

Hover over the tenant to view a menu displaying all tenants your user is associated with.

Select a tenant from this menu to sign out of your current tenant and switch to the new environment. You will be asked to confirm that you wish to switch tenants.
