Review Setup
There are a few common issues to check if the tracking information does not appear or the container/shipment close produces an error.
If a sales order-initiated shipment:
- Is there a site and warehouse on the sales order line?
- Is there an address set up on the warehouse with a purpose set to Delivery?
- Is there a contact phone number attached to the warehouse?
- Is there a contact phone number attached to the customer account?
