Supply Chain Cloud offers a way to map the importer Economic Operators Registration and Identification (EORI) number and/or the Value Added Tax (VAT) number as a standard value for recipient addresses.
Manage Addresses
Accounts Receivable > All Customers > select a customer > Customer tab > Registration IDs
Inventory management > Setup > Inventory breakdown > Warehouses > Advanced in Addresses FastTab
Navigate to the Manage addresses form from the customer or the warehouse.
Options
There are multiple options for sending your registration IDs.
Important
If both FastTabs are populated, the values set on the Supply Chain Cloud FastTab are sent in the request.
Registration ID FastTab
Add the EORI and/or VAT registration type and an associated registration number.
The EORI number will be passed as the TaxID in the ShipTo node of the address.
The VAT number will be passed as the vatID in the ShipTo node of the address.
Note
This number will always pass to the carrier. It is an address-level field so should be based on destination and not on customer overall.
Supply Chain Cloud FastTab
Add the VAT Registration ID and/or the EORI Registration ID.
