Carriers

The Carriers page displays carriers associated with your user.

The Rating Enabled column specifies which carriers are enabled for outbound functions (rates, labels, manifests).

Note

Rating-enabled carriers cannot be used for tendering.

Click Refresh to reload the list.

Freight Item Defaults

Select a carrier record and click Freight Item Defaults to set defaults for that carrier.

Use the arrows in the Default Value column to set the default.

Click Save when done, or click Delete to clear any changes.

Click the eye icon on a carrier line to open carrier details.

You can view General, Service Levels, and Contact Information details.

The Contact Information tab is disabled if no contact information has been sent to Supply Chain Cloud.
