The Create budget item group lines job allows you to adjust an item query to designate what items should be included in the budget item group.

It checks if the items are part of the budget item group and adds them if they are not.

This can be helpful when configuring budgets for your channels.

Note

This job is only additive; it adds items that meet the query criteria that are not already in the group.

Item removal must be done via the Budget Item Group form.

Parameters
Budget item group ID	Select the budget item group ID for the group you wish to populate.
Records to include
Item number	Enter the item number.
Run in the background
Recurrence	Click this button to set up the schedule for how often this job should run.
Batch processing	Turn on this toggle to run this task as a batch.
Task description	Should be set to "Create budget item group lines."
