Run Demand Reservations

This is the main operation that processes reservations for the channels assigned to a Reservation Template.

The Run demand reservations job prompts for a reservation template and will run the reservation process for the reservation template.

The majority of the settings can be overridden for a particular run.

This job also has the usual background/scheduling options.

FIELD	DESCRIPTION
Reservation Template ID	Unique identifier for the Reservation Template.
Disable channel safety nets	Controls whether Channel Safety Net processing is disabled for this template run.
Override time fence	Controls whether the defined channel reservation time fence is overridden.
Allow all backorders	Controls whether backorders need to fall within the reservation time fence.
Number of days past due	Number of days to look back for demand to reserve based on ship date (overridden value).
Number of lead days	Number of days to look forward for demand to reserve based on ship date (overridden value).
Allow item substitution	Controls whether item substitution can be considered during the reservation run.
