There are several Order options that can be accessed from the individual customer record.
Global Order Promising FastTab
You can configure reservations, backorder management, and sourcing per customer.
| FIELD | DESCRIPTION |

| Full order line reservation | Turn on this toggle to require a full order line reservation or reservation unit. This restricts reservations at the customer level to a specific unit. Example During a reservation run, the system will respect this flag on the customer. If it cannot reserve a full line or unit, it will not reserve any. |
| Reservation unit | Enter the unit of measure that this customer can reserve in. |
| Use backorder management | Enable this toggle in order to use the backorder management feature. |
| Allow sourcing line split | Turn on this toggle to enable line splitting. Based off sourcing calculation, the system ships lines to multiple warehouses. Any remaining amount goes to the default warehouse at the end of the run. Note The system still respects the Ship Complete flag before splitting lines. |
Order Routing FastTab
You can configure your pallet sizes per customer.
Important
This will override the Global Order Promising Parameters settings.
See Global Order Promising Parameters to configure your pallets at the system level.

| Allow mixed SKU cartons | Turn on this toggle to allow mixed SKU cartons. |
| Allow mixed SKU pallets | Turn on this toggle to allow mixed SKU pallets. |
| Max pallet height allowed | Indicator that max pallet height is allowed. |
| Standard pallet height/length/width | The height/length/width of a standard pallet. |
