Old Dominion Configuration

The Old Dominion Configuration page allows you to view and configure settings for Old Dominion.

Integration

Manage the mapping of Supply Chain Cloud data to your carrier data.

FIELDDESCRIPTION
API Credentials

The selected value determines whether Rate, Shop, and Void requests are Test or Production.

Important

This should almost always be set to Test because this can be controlled by host system configurations.

If the host system sends Production, the Test configuration is overruled.

Credential Set

Select the specific set of credentials you want to manage.

There may be multiple sets of credentials if there are multiple business entities.

Note

  • Credential set identifiers are single values that are used in API requests to reference many values in SCC.
  • For example: Warehouse1 uses the same LTL carriers as Warehouse2 but requires different credentials to ship on different accounts.
EnabledIndicates whether the carrier is enabled and has saved credentials.

Manage Integration Credentials

Click this button to edit Old Dominion-specific authentication credentials.

This manages the connection between SCC and Old Dominion.

Click this button to create a PRO number sequence for Old Dominion.

A PRO number is used to track LTL shipment progress. Supply Chain Cloud assigns a number from the number range allocated by the carrier.

Note

If a shipment has multiple pallets, there may be multiple PRO numbers to generate.

Important

Most carriers have a range of PRO numbers assigned to their account. Contact your carrier for this numbered range.

This length does include the prefix or the check digit at the end of the PRO number.
