Connect with Old Dominion

1. Navigate to the XPO Help Center to get detailed information about integrating with XPO APIs.
   
   
2. Email LTLWebAPISupport@xpo.com and include the following information:
   
   
   • Web User ID (register if needed)
     
     
   • List of REST API integrations you want:
     
     • BOL
     • LTL Shipping Tools
     • Pickup Request
     • Rating
     • Shipment Tracking
       
       
   • API Consumer Type: Direct Customer
     
     
   • Are you connecting through a TMS or Service Provider? TMS Provider Avanade Supply Chain Cloud
     
     
   • Which XPO LTL integration method are you using today (e.g., XML, EDI)?
   
   
3. A member of the XPO API Support Team will contact you to get started. 

Credential Set Setup

1. Create a credential set in SCC for Old Dominion.
   
   
2. Edit the Old Dominion-specific authentication credentials:
   
   • Username: Used to log in to Old Dominion profile.
   • Password: Used to log in to Old Dominion profile.
   • Test Username: Used to log in to Old Dominion Test profile.
   • Test Password: Used to log in to Old Dominion Test profile.
