Service Notes and Limitations
  • Currently, Supply Chain Cloud only supports domestic returns. 

  • DHL shipments require commercial invoices to be generated by DHL, even if the Include invoice checkbox is not selected. This is expected until a future state of Supply Chain Cloud. See Paperless Invoice for more information.

  • You must have account credentials in the country you are shipping from.
