The Transportation Tender Queue displays tenders associated with trading partners assigned to your user.
You can search for tenders, view tender status, or create a new tender from this queue.
Status
Select a status to view tenders that match that status.
Each tender displays the number of transactions in that status.
See Statuses for more information on configuring these statuses.
Filters
The filter at the top of the page allows you to search for a tender(s).
Select a filter option from the drop-down list and enter a corresponding value in the search field.
Click Search to apply the filter to the queue.
Click Reset to clear/reset the filters at any time.
Advanced Filters
Click the filter icon at the top right of the page to open an advanced filter flyout window.
You can filter by vendor attributes, status ranges, reference numbers, workflows, bids, and more.
You can also select from saved search criteria in the Saved Filters drop-down list.
Save Filters
Once you configure your search criteria, click Save Filters to store the details for future use.
You can manage saved filters on your User Profile.
Queue
The page displays a summary view of tender transactions in the selected status.
Tender transactions with fixed routes display additional information.

Buttons
Note
The buttons available depend on the status of the tender and your workflow configuration. See Workflows for more information.

| Edit | Click this button to edit the tender. |
| Delete | Click this button to delete the tender. The system will send an email notification to all participants stating that the tender has been deleted. |
| Acknowledge | Click this button to acknowledge the tender and advance the record to the next step in your workflow. |
New Tender
Click New to create a new tender.
This allows you to build out LTL loads and then tender the loads out to carriers for bid, pickup, and delivery to the destination.
