1. Navigate to the FedEx Developer Portal to log in with your fedex.com user ID and password to obtain credentials.
2. You need to enable these APIs on your developer account:
   • Freight LTL API
   • Rates and Transit Times API
   • Ship API
   • Trade Documents Upload API
