European Union
The European Union has a general format that is followed by member countries:
recipient
street address (generally name then number)
postal code + city (ALL CAPS)
country name (ALL CAPS)

Occasionally, countries require codes before their postal code. The DK (i.e., DK-1566) is an optional country code.
