European Union
The European Union has a general format that is followed by member countries:
recipientstreet address (generally name then number)postal code + city (ALL CAPS)country name (ALL CAPS)

Denmark

Occasionally, countries require codes before their postal code. The DK (i.e., DK-1566) is an optional country code.

The last name/surname of the recipient should be capitalized.

There should be a province code after postal code + city (i.e., Roma RM). The province code is two letters (i.e., RM for Rome).
