There is a browser caching issue that can prevent users from logging in to Supply Chain Cloud.

Troubleshooting in Chrome

1. Click the vertical ellipsis in the upper-right corner of Chrome.
   
   
   
   
2. Select More tools, then Developer tools.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Application tab and then expand Local Storage.
   
   
   
   
4. Right-click ship.thesccloud.com and select Clear.
