Manifests
Manifests—documents listing details of a carrier pickup—are needed for end-of-day shipping processes.
In Supply Chain Cloud, a manifest is created during the shipping process to store one or more shipments that will be transmitted together.
When you close a container on a shipment or confirm a shipment, the container is added to the proper manifest.
The Manifests page displays all these records and allows you to manually close the manifest.
Closing a manifest initiates the end-of-day manifest process for a carrier and allows you to download/print any associated documents for the carrier pickup.
